Die  Veranstaltungsreihe wird kreiert und organisiert von KOP Berlin,  ReachOut Berlin, URRM e.V. Karlsruhe, Frauenkreise und Space2groW.

BIPoC  Mütter - insbesondere Geflüchtete Mütter - laufen überproportional  häufig Gefahr, dass ihnen ihre Kinder durch das Jugendamt entzogen  werden. Gründe dafür sind z.B. mangelnde Fortbildung und  Sensibilisierung von Jugendamt-Mitarbeiter*innen, rassistische  Einstellungen, sowie strukturelle Mängel. Diese Ungerechtigkeit verletzt  das Kindeswohl und ist institutionelle Gewalt gegen Frauen*. In  Folge der vorangehenden Veranstaltung "Rassismus bei Inobhutnahmen ist  Gewalt gegen Frauen*" (17.11.23) sollen in zwei Workshops Empowerment-  und Widerstandsstrategien sowie Formen der Selbstorganisierung für  Betroffene erarbeitet werden.

BIPoC  mothers - especially refugee mothers - are disproportionately at risk  of having their children taken away from them by the youth welfare  office. The reasons for this are, for example, a lack of further  training and sensitization of youth welfare office employees, racist  attitudes and structural deficiencies. This injustice violates the best  interests of the child and is institutional violence against women*. As  a follow-up to the previous event "Racism in custody is violence  against women*" (17.11.23), empowerment and resistance strategies as  well as forms of self-organization for those affected will be developed  in two workshops.

Les  mères BIPoC - en particulier les mères réfugiées - courent un risque  disproportionné de se voir retirer leurs enfants par les services de  protection de l'enfance. Les raisons en sont par exemple le manque de  formation et de sensibilisation des employés des services de protection  de l'enfance, les attitudes racistes et les lacunes structurelles.  Cette injustice porte atteinte au bien-être de l'enfant et constitue une  violence institutionnelle envers les femmes*. Suite à la  manifestation précédente "Le racisme dans les prises en charge est une  violence contre les femmes*" (17.11.23), deux workshops/ateliers doivent  permettre d'élaborer des stratégies d'empowerment et de résistance  ainsi que des formes d'auto-organisation pour les personnes concernées.
