Barracoon - The Story of the Last “Black Cargo” by Zora Neale Hurston WGCU Online Book Club will begin reading:

on the 24th & 25th September 

There are 3 sessions available on those 2 days:

Thu, 24th 6pm - BIPOC only

Thu, 24th 7:30pm - open to all

Fri, 25th 7:30pm - open to all

We will read this book over 3-4 total sessions.

There is minimum contribution upfront to hold your spot of 20 Euros/ Reduced BIPOC 10 Euros. It’s taken quite a bit of planning in organizing the groups, keeping them small, so last minute cancellations have caused some trouble and this deposit is aimed to prevent this. Book club is donations based (current participants have donated between 20-80 per Book so far) so I’ve chosen the lowest amount as the deposit for a spot. After you sign up, you will receive payment info. No one will be turned away due to funds, so please get in contact via email at sorry@whiteguiltcleanup.com
