So called third country nationals who fled the war in Ukraine face an unequal treatment in Germany. From 1st of September new regulations will be in place that leave many in a state of insecurity.
Leading up to the 1st of September they are asked to register to enter the procedure and this raises a lot of questions. There is need for counselling, for legal action and coverage of legal fees.
